Captain Roby is a dedicated and seasoned fire service professional serving as the Fire Marshal for the City of Huntington, West Virginia. In this appointed role, he oversees the Fire Prevention Bureau, focusing on fire code enforcement, public education, and community risk reduction initiatives.
Roby is a Certified Fire and Explosion Investigator (CFEI), demonstrating his expertise in fire scene analysis and investigative procedures.
Beyond his administrative duties, Roby actively engages with the community. He has organized fire extinguisher training sessions and team-building exercises in collaboration with local institutions, such as Marshall University.
